SOCIAL NIGHT from Broomfield Coach Trips
SATURDAY …..APRIL 20 2024
ONE person could win £500……..or two people could win £250 each……or Three people could win £166.66 each ……or four people could win £125 each……………
ONLY 24 people can play the game for a small fee of £15 or you can be an audience member for just £5.
How does it work ?
24 players that have been pre-selected would be required to arrive at The Village Hall at 6.30pm……the audience arrives at 7.30pm. At 6.30pm the players would be given name badges and sat in a line – and be required to wear a blindfold for approx. 10 minutes…..The LIGHTS would be lowered…….a number of those blindfolded players will get a touch on the back……they are then the Broomfield Traitors……IT COULD BE ONE, TWO, THREE, FOUR or FIVE players…..from the 24 …..
After ten minutes all the players can remove their blindfolds and will be given further instructions……..they then can then walk about and ask each other questions……and at the same time forming in their own minds just WHO are the traitors……at 7.25pm the players will resume their positions at the main table across the hall behind their names.
At 7.30pm the audience arrives (with their own drinks and nibbles!)  and will face the players…..at 7.45pm we have ROUND ONE when all the 24 players vote on who they think is a Traitor – the top two players  receiving the most votes will be banished from the game. When banished they will be introduced to the audience and will be asked to identify themselves as either a TRAITOR or FAITHFUL…….
Talks between the players can resume and at 8.00 round two – as in round one all the players vote and top two will be eliminated and each time introduced to the audience, so they identify if they are a traitor or faithful. If at any time at the end of a round more than two players get the same number of votes the AUDIENCE will be addressed and by show of hands be asked to vote – the top two players who receive the most votes – eliminated. Rounds (and the number of players banished) will follow:
3rd round 8.15pm   2 players eliminated…..leaves 18
4th  round 8.30pm    2 players eliminated……leaves 16
5th round  8.45pm    2 players eliminated……..leaves 14
6th round 9.00pm    2 players eliminated………..leaves 12
7th round. 9.15pm    2 players eliminated…………leaves 10
8th round.9.30pm  2 players eliminated…………….leaves 8
9th round 10.00pm ONE player eliminated……………..leaves 7
10th round 10.15pm ONE player eliminated…………..leaves 6
11th round 10.30pm ONE player eliminated…………….leaves 5
12th round 10.45pm ONE player eliminated………………leaves 4
 
AT 11.00pm We then have the FINAL FOUR players …..the FINAL REVEAL……each player will be introduced and asked to reveal IF they are a faithful or traitor……
If ONE traitor is amongst the four – he/she gets £500
If TWO traitors are amongst the four – they get £250 each
If THREE traitors are amongst the four they get £166.66 each
If ALL FOUR are traitors, they get £125 each
 
WINNERS will be PAID THAT NIGHT !
 
If NONE of the four are traitors, then the four share the pot of £500
From 6.30pm onwards ONLY two people in Broomfield will know who the traitors really are………..
CAN 24 people be clever enough to eliminate 20 of their fellow players and have a chance of sharing £500…….OR……WILL one player be clever enough to evade banishment all evening and walk away with £500 all on his/her own?
If YOU want to play then register your name with us NOW……(DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY) just your name and phone number…….if you want to be in audience then again register your name (AGAIN DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY)  just your name and phone number. If we get 24 of you that want to play the game – they will then be requested to pay the fee of £15 per person……..and if we get 75 people to form the audience then again they will be requested to pay the fee of £5.
If the evening is a success then a further evening of BROOMFIELD TRAITORS will go ahead at a later date………..and the prize money could be a lot higher!!
SO DON’T FORGET a request MUST be in writing……
